FAQ

Here are our answers to various questions that we are frequently asked:

Q: What do you mean by a proof-of-concept project?
A: These projects (often called POCs) typically arise when a customer asks us to demonstrate how a recent advancement in technology could be used to their advantage. Normally we will spend some time researching the field in more depth, and getting to know the customer’s business more thoroughly. If the project still seems feasible and the customer is still interested after this initial phase, then we will embark on designing a prototype solution. The customer then tests the prototype for a period of time to help them decide whether it is something they wish to refine and deploy as one of their day-to-day resources.
