One of the areas we consider most important is supporting our customers, this role can take various forms. With any customer we will continue to keep your interests in mind even when we’re not working on a project with you, this means that from time to time we might approach you with an idea or business opportunity – you do not have to pay for this type of support.

Increasingly customers are keen to arrange a service contract whereby we provide on-going technical assistance. In these cases we aim to ‘catch up’ with you every month, even if you haven’t had specific need of our services. This enables us to maintain our understanding of your business, and hopefully to spot any potential problems before they occur. Contracts are necessarily drawn up on a case-by-case basis, but our approach enables us to keep costs and contract complexity to a minimum. We don’t believe in tying you down to a long term contract, typically you pay upfront on a monthly or quarterly basis but with no pressure to renew.
